Your privacy is important to us. Quell has implemented several basic principles. We only ask for your personal information if we really need it. Personal data is processed on our servers only when it is necessary to provide our services.

We do not distribute your personal information except when required by law, complying with our legal obligations, protecting our rights, or have expressly agreed to it. While we provide our service, we focus on having easy control over what personal information you provide to us, to protect your personal information. Personal data is deleted at your request. Our internal privacy policy also includes respect for the protection of all data we may collect from you during operation of our web sites.

 

Visitors of the web site

Quell uses Google Analytics to collect some information from servers and web browsers that do not allow direct personal identification, such as browser type information, language preferences, time and date of the visitor’s request, site data from which you were redirected. The purpose of collecting this data is to better understand how our visitors use our web site.

Quell also obtains data that can be personal data and IP address information for: logged-in users; visitors who give us feedback on our site; or contact us using the contact form.

Quell never publishes the obtained IP addresses. IP addresses are visible and accessible only to the webmasters.

 

Processing of personal data

Some visitors to Quell will choose to contact us in such a way that it is necessary to obtain some personal information. The range and type of information we obtain depends on the nature of the contact.

When filling in our contact form, our visitors are asked to provide their name, surname or, business name and ID, email address, telephone contact. In any case, we only obtain these data to meet the requirements of our visitor, customer.

Quell does not disclose personal information.

Quell respects that everyone has the right to access personal information we maintain about them.
